This year, Principal Cesario's goals are to strengthen Redwood's culture of belonging and safety, build strong relationships with students, staff, and families, and create consistent systems that support student success. She wants every child to feel known and valued, every family to feel connected to the school, and every staff member to feel supported in their important work. Together with the Redwood community, she is committed to building a school that is safe, welcoming, rigorous, and responsive to the needs of all learners.
