Volunteer & Campus Visits
Redwood Elementary runs on community. From helping in the classroom to chaperoning field trips to supporting school events, parent and guardian volunteers make an enormous difference for our students every single day. We are so grateful for every hour you give.
Whether you can commit to a regular schedule or just want to help out once in a while, there is a place for you here. Reach out to the front office or the Redwood Parents Club to learn about current volunteer opportunities.
Campus Visit Procedures
Parents and guardians are always welcome and encouraged to visit Redwood Elementary. To keep our campus safe and secure for all students, we ask that all visitors follow the procedures below.
When You Arrive
- Check in at the office first — all visitors must stop at the front office upon arrival, before going anywhere else on campus, including classrooms.
- Sign in and receive a visitor badge — you will be asked to sign in and will be given a visitor badge to wear for the duration of your visit.
- Wear your badge at all times — any visitor seen on campus without a badge will be directed to the office. This helps our staff quickly identify who is authorized to be on campus.
- Check out at the office when you leave — please stop back by the front office to sign out before departing.
